Payment terms

General

These terms govern the booking, payment, and use of our sauna services. By completing a booking, you agree to all terms and conditions set out below.

Gift Cards
2.1 Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2 The validity period cannot be extended.
2.3 Gift cards that are not used before the expiration date are non-refundable.
2.4 Gift cards may be used as payment for sauna bookings, subject to availability.

Booking and Payment
3.1 All bookings are made through our website.
3.2 Payment is made using the payment methods available at the time of purchase, such as card or Swish.
3.3 The booking becomes binding once payment has been completed.
3.4 All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT, which will be shown in the booking confirmation.

Rescheduling and Cancellation
4.1 Refunds are not offered.
4.2 Rescheduling is possible if contact is made no later than 24 hours before the booked time.
4.3 Requests received later than 24 hours before the booking cannot be accommodated.

Booking Confirmation
5.1 Once payment is completed, a digital booking confirmation will be sent by email containing details of the date, time, and price.
5.2 Please check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation has not been received.
5.3 Booking confirmations are sent automatically and delivered immediately.
5.4 Bookings are processed in the order they are received.

Use of the Sauna
6.1 The sauna must be used in accordance with our instructions.
6.2 Only clean water may be poured onto the heater.
6.3 The heater must not be covered or blocked due to fire risk.
6.4 All guests must sit on a towel inside the sauna.
6.5 Glass items, smoking, and open flames are not permitted.
6.6 The sauna must be left clean and in good condition. A broom is available on site for easy cleaning of the sauna and changing areas.

Age and Safety
7.1 The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
7.2 Children under 15 years of age may only use the sauna when accompanied by an adult and must be able to swim.
7.3 All sauna use and swimming are at your own risk.
7.4 Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the sauna.

Liability
8.1 We are not responsible for personal injury or for lost or damaged personal belongings.
8.2 The person who made the booking is responsible for any damage to the sauna or equipment caused by improper use.

Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)
9.1 In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, power outages, or technical issues, a booking may need to be cancelled.
9.2 In such cases, we will first seek to offer an alternative booking time.

Personal Data (GDPR)
10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
10.2 The data is used to manage bookings, payments, and customer communication.
10.3 Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law or to process payments.

Disputes and Governing Law
11.1 Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law in a Swedish court.
